The logistics distribution center, as the core of the chain retail industry, directly influences the operational efficiency and competitiveness of the chain retail industry. This paper aims to analyze the development status of logistics distribution centers in China's chain retail industry, identify the problems in their development, and propose corresponding countermeasures to promote the healthy development of logistics distribution centers in China's chain retail industry.First, this paper introduces the basic concepts, functions, and importance of logistics distribution centers in the chain retail industry. Then, by collecting relevant data and information, it analyzes the development status of logistics distribution centers in China's chain retail industry, including their scale, distribution, and technological level. Based on this, the paper deeply explores the main problems in the development of logistics distribution centers in China's chain retail industry, such as unreasonable layout of distribution centers, low level of informatization, inefficient management, and shortage of talents.In response to these problems, this paper proposes a series of countermeasures to promote the development of logistics distribution centers in China's chain retail industry. These include optimizing the layout of distribution centers, improving the level of informatization, strengthening management innovation, and cultivating professional talents.
