(2)研究方法(Research Methods)

基于高新技术项目高风险、高收益及分阶段投资的特征,论文采用实物期权方法刻画风险投资的动态决策过程。在此基础上,将不同技术战略嵌入期权定价框架,并引入有限理性假设进行修正。由此构建了一个融合技术战略与行为金融的风险投资动态决策模型。

Given the high-risk, high-return, and phased investment characteristics of high-tech projects, this paper employs real options to characterize the dynamic decision-making process of venture capital. Based on this, different technology strategies are embedded into the option pricing framework, and the bounded rationality assumption is introduced for modification. Thus, a dynamic decision-making model for venture capital that integrates technology strategy and behavioral finance is constructed.

(3)研究结论(Research Conclusions)

研究表明,该模型能够更加全面地评估高新技术项目的真实价值,并刻画不同情境下的最优投资时机。通过投资临界值的设定,模型为风险投资者在“投资、等待或放弃”之间的选择提供了清晰的决策依据。相比传统方法,其决策结果更贴近实际投资行为。

Research shows that this model can more comprehensively assess the true value of high-tech projects and characterize the optimal investment timing under different scenarios. By setting investment thresholds, the model provides venture capitalists with a clear decision-making basis for choosing between "investing, waiting, or abandoning." Compared to traditional methods, its decision results are closer to actual investment behavior.

(4)研究贡献(Research Contributions)

论文通过系统分析模型参数对投资决策的影响,提高了模型在现实决策中的可操作性。从理论上看,研究将有限理性和前景理论引入风险投资实物期权分析框架;从实践上看,为风险投资机构优化投资决策和风险管理提供了重要参考。

This paper improves the models operability in real-world decision-making by systematically analyzing the impact of model parameters on investment decisions. Theoretically, the research introduces bounded rationality and prospect theory into the framework of venture capital real options analysis; practically, it provides important reference for venture capital institutions to optimize investment decisions and risk management.

决策支持系统(DSS)的核心思想在于利用定量模型和数据分析手段,为决策者在复杂、不确定环境下提供多情景、多参数的决策参考,而非替代其主观判断。本文所构建的风险投资动态决策模型,通过投资阈值与参数敏感性分析,为风险投资者提供了典型的决策支持功能,体现了决策支持系统的基本思想。

The core idea of a Decision Support System (DSS) is to use quantitative models and data analysis to provide decision-makers with multi-scenario, multi-parameter decision-making references in complex and uncertain environments, rather than replacing their subjective judgment. The dynamic decision-making model for venture capital constructed in this paper provides typical decision support functions for venture capitalists through investment threshold and parameter sensitivity analysis, embodying the basic idea of a decision support system.
